We are in need of a developer with solid JDeveloper experience
in an IIS, OAS, 10g environment.

This individual will be the final play on a 10 person team.

The client is running multiple Oracle applications including a
heavily customized OM that is used heavily in its call center.


The client is expanding into even heavier customization of OM for
delivery online.

The developer team consists of 8 team members including internal and
consulting team members.

Possible off shore development effort will be used on the downside of
the project.


The proper candidate will posses 3+ years of JDeveloper experience
and 7-10 years of overall development within Oracle applications
or custom development using Oracle tools.

Candidate will have experience in mentoring somewhat junior staff
and overseeing development efforts.

But, this candidate will also be used as a developer as well.

The ability to do development will ensure a longer stay on the project.

A senior resource with associated senior rate will probably result
in a 2-3 month engagement.

A broader resource at more palatable rate could extend for 12+ months.

Start time is early to mid September.

The rate for this position is 1099 or corp to corp or W2 and
expenses will be covered.
