Job Description
Consultant will work with the Development Team to determine
user and usability requirements and
develop "Use Cases",
contribute to the assessment of product
goals/needs,
identification of key tasks,
work with team members to ensure seamless integration of business functionality and
requirements throughout product releases and
responsible for
documenting,
analyzing,
designing and
implementing business requirements.
Requires
Expert proficiency in
requirements gathering,
analysis,
validation and
resulting documentation.
Technical experience
ability to understand from developer's perspective and marketing group as
opposed to customer/end user.
Facilitation of business requirements - discovery through active participation
with stakeholders and providers.
Experience dealing with stakeholders outside immediate area:
ability to seek out co-workers world wide and communicate well with other cultures
Experience with requirements tools
Knowledge of technologies:
general understanding of
real time processing,
J2EE,
databases,
transaction processing etc.
Experience with High Level and Detailed Use Cases.
Knowledge of RUP.
Deadline oriented with bottom line results focus.
Provide project management support for the implementation of large scale
business systems and processes.
Experience in all phases of Software Development.
Basic proficiency in Software Construction
Proficient in Software Testing, Software Engineering Tools & Methods and
Software Maintenance
Proficient in:
Microsoft Word, Excel, VisioExcellent written and communication skills.
