ASAP is looking for a SAP Portal Content Administrator for a 2-month contract in

Position Description

As a member of the Enterprise Systems development team, develop content for the
end user to interact with business processes and their tasks through the SAP Portal.

Key Responsibilities:

Employ strong data gathering and facilitation techniques to help the company clearly
identify for SAP Portal.

SAP Portal Content Administration

Develop iViews using wizards.
SSO.
Application Integration.
Troubleshooting General Portal Issues.
Employ strong data gathering and facilitation techniques to help company clearly
identify their strategic goals and objectives for portal content directory management.
Application integration within SAP NetWeaver Portal.
Works with process teams to clarify ambiguity in functional specs.
Ensures enhancements are properly tested.

Job Qualifications

2+ years experience in SAP Portal Content Administration.
2+ years experience with iView development and content management.
2+ years knowledge of Web Dynpro for ABAP and/or Java.
Ability to work collaboratively across project teams.
Ability to plan and organize development work & deliverables
Collaboration Skills/Partnering/Facilitation Skills.
Ability to push back/clarify business requirements for enhancements to allow for a
simpler, more standard solution.
Driven to minimize enhancement effort and pushing to leverage standard SAP
functionality.
Able to work directly with developers and end users under stressful situations.
Ability to solve complex technical problems through research and technical detective
work.
Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences.
Able to work off hours when required.

Manager would like candidates with less then 10 total years of work exp. Local
candidates only as interviews will be scheduled with short notice and the HM is looking
to have them start ASAP. Also, there will be off OT on this position and it could be a
Friday night or a weekend.
