Develop quality Plans

Identify applicable standards for projects

Identify and tailor delivery processes

Help define program work breakdown and project controls

Ensure project scope and conditions of satisfaction are objectively verifiable and
follow applicable quality criteria

Mentor project teams on processes and tools
