We are seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Analyst for a contract position in Calgary, Alberta.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for operational support including design and development of Query reports, and design and testing of SQR reports.
- May also include: resolving priority operational problems and providing coaching to users; collaborating with functional and technical staff to design, test and implement urgent application changes; providing support for Query reports; developing procedures, business cases, and test scripts for all changes; and planning and managing small initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- PeopleSoft HCM experience with strong knowledge of the data structures and processes for the following modules: HR, Time & Labor, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Training Administration, Manage Competencies, Recruit Workforce/eRecruit, HR Help Desk.
- Strong analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Report development experience.
- Testing experience.
