The AMD India Engineering Centre is a wholly owned subsidiary of AMD,
incorporated in April 2004. The center is housed at our new facility on
Richmond Road, Bangalore.

The AMD India Engineering Centre (AMD IEC) will develop leading edge
microprocessor products. The center is AMD's fourth microprocessor team
which works in collaboration with our U.S. teams in Austin, Sunnyvale,
and Boston, to develop next generation microprocessor products,
utilizing AMD's award winning processor architectures. The center's
designs will target AMD's leading edge deep sub-micron process
technologies to realize highly optimized solutions.

The IEC is envisioned as a center of excellence for advanced VLSI and
software development in S.E.Asia, and is an integral part of AMD's
continuing commitment to Customer Centric Innovation.

AMD India is hiring CHIP DESIGN Professionals with minimum of 5 years
of relevant experience in any of the following areas:

1) DFT
2) Circuit Design
3) Micro - Architecture Modeling
4) Verification
5) CAD Methodology
6) Mask Design
7) Device Driver Engineers(Linux/windows)
System Software Engineers (C++/Algorithms/ data structures)
