JOB DESCRIPTION





1.. Establish, implement, and evaluate information system programs and
policies that will provide for the effective delivery of data processing
(MIS) services.
..



2.. Interact with user management to resolve operational and
organizational problems with impact performances.


3.. Coordinate with General Office's MIS resources to guide the
development and planning that will allow for and promote the availability
and utilization of management and manufacturing systems to achieve targeted
goals.


4.. Select, train, and develop a staff to ensure productivity, individual
development, and the availability of necessary resources.


5.. Provide for timely and high quality support services to ensure that
productivity of operating and technical functions.


6.. Control and reivew EDP budgets, operations and projects to ensure
timely, cost effective systems within standards.


7.. Develop and institute EDP standards, policies and procedures to ensure
auditable and secure systems.
