Description:

Precision Computing Intelligence has an immediate need to hire highly
skilled Java Developers who are experienced in yielding high-end
graphical presentations using Sun's Java J2EE, Swing, and WebStart
technologies.

The selected individuals will be responsible for developing a
comprehensive Web Based intelligence and relationship analysis module
for a major US Army Intelligence system. The selected candidate's
primary responsibility will be for the design, and implementation of
this module. The candidate will participate in the full life-cycle of
the development process - from analysis, design, development,
implementation, modification, documentation, and refinement for
software systems, as well as providing detailed development schedules
for assigned tasks. Interaction with senior management, and
non-technical stakeholders on a regular basis is expected. The
position will be required to work closely with other program
engineering disciplines throughout the development process.

As a recognized Technical Advisor to the program the selected
individual will play an active role in day-to-day development as well
as helping to further refine long term engineering processes. The
selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing requirements,
creating designs, defect tracking, making key decisions during
development, and communicating risks and roadblocks to management.

Minimum Required Professional Experience:

* Highly experienced in rendering high-end WebBased graphics using
JAVA/J2EE/Swing/WebStart technologies.

* Current knowledge/experience using Borland's JBuilder development
environment.

* Current knowledge/proficiency with MS SQL Server.

* Proficiency in XML based technologies to include XSL, XSD, as well
as SOAP and WSDL.

* Proficiency designing software using UML and the UML based Unified
Process.

* Minimum 4 year degree in Computer Science related discipline from an
accredited College or University, or equivalent work experience.

* US Citizenship is MANDATORY..

* Must be able to obtain, at a minimum, a DoD SECRET clearance.


Major Pluses (in priority order):

* Current SECRET Clearance.

* Relevant Sun/JAVA certifications.

* Significant knowledge of the current MS .NET 2.0 development,
ASP.NET, and C#.

* Knowledge/experience in US DoD Intelligence Disciplines and/or
Systems, in particular CI/HUMINT.

* Direct experience with US Military Communications/Messaging systems.

* Masters Degree in a Computer Science related discipline from a
significant Engineering University
