North America. They are establishing new operations in the Calgary
area and looking for qualified transport professionals. They are
looking for an experienced Account Manager – Customer Service.

transportation solution. As an account manager, you will be
responsible to ensure day to day commitments are executed as promised.
Your creative ability to find solutions and develop relationships will
play a critical role in achieving customer loyalty and profitable
business growth.
Requirements:
• Min 3 yrs experience Transport and Logistics Customer Service
• Good geographical knowledge an asset
• Computer literate
• Prioritizing and time management
• Initiative
• Problem solving and conflict resolution
• Decision making
• Communication
• Negotiation
• Able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Able to work in a team atmosphere with minimum supervision
