This person will assist a group of partners in completing a variety of
tasks such as:

1) Typing, transcribing, formatting, and/or correcting different
documents, such as letters, service offers, forms, reports, income tax
forms, financial statements, presentations, and minutes and following
up as needed.
2) Writing, revising and translating texts;
3) Preparing and following up on bank confirmations and related
documents;
4) Opening mail and assuring a follow up, preparing large office
mailings, sending faxes, couriers, and e-mails;
5) Ensuring that databases and individual filing systems are up to
date;
6) Making photocopies, taking incoming phone calls and returning
calls;
7) Assisting in the organization of events or performing research;
Cool Replacing the Receptionist on a daily basis (approx. 2 hours/day),
which includes answering the phones, greeting visitors, reserving
boardrooms and restaurants, etc.;
9) Performing other administrative duties within his/her area of
expertise.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

1) DEC in Office Technology, Business Administration or other related
degree;
2) Fluently bilingual (French / English, spoken and written);
3) Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
4) Experience in a similar position would be considered an asset.

Cette personne assistera un groupe d'associés à compléter diverses
tâches telles que:


* Dactylographier, transcrire, mettre en page et/ou corriger
différents documents, tels que lettres, offres de service,
formulaires, rapports, formules de déclaration de revenus, états
financiers, présentations, minutes de réunions et suivi au besoin.
* Rédiger, réviser et traduire des textes;
* Préparer et assurer le suivi des confirmations bancaires et des
documents s'y rapportant;
* Ouvrir le courrier et en assurer le suivi, préparer de gros envois
postaux, envoyer des télécopies, des envois par messager et des
courriels;
* Assurer la mise à jour des bases de données et des systèmes de
fichiers individuels;
* Faire des photocopies, recevoir des appels téléphoniques et
retourner certains appels;
* Prêter assistance lors de l'organisation d'événements et effectuer
des recherches;
* Remplacer la réceptionniste à tous les jours (environ 2 heures/
jour), ce qui inclut la prise d'appels, l'accueil des visiteurs, les
réservations de salles de conférences et de restaurants, etc.;
* Effectuer d'autres tâches administratives selon votre expertise.

Le candidat idéal devrait posséder les qualifications suivantes:

* Détenir un DEC en bureautique, en administration des affaires ou un
autre diplôme connexe;
* Être couramment bilingue (français et anglais, oral et écrit);
* Posséder une très bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint);
* Avoir de l'expérience dans un poste similaire serait un atout.
