Description:
ABB, a world leader in real time Manufacturing Execution Systems, is
seeking applications for the position of a development and support
engineer.
The succsefull applicant will join a small team based in Melbourne and be
involved in the support and ongoing developement of installed application
working closley with the customers.

Candidates must have good communications skill and be able to work closely
with customers at a technical level.

Candidates must be residents of Austalia and would be expected to work from
Melbourne.


Required skills:
Perl
Unix shell scripting (HPUX platform)
Java, jsp, tomact
Oracle database and sql


Desired skills:
The position requires candidates with at least two years experience in
  - developing RDBMS applications
  - working in the unix environment
  - java and tomcat instalations
  - supporting installed instalations
