AutoCAD Senior Highways Role - Permanent - Guildford, Surrey
Permanent, £30000 - £38000 per annum + Benefits

We are actively searching for a senior AutoCAD technician to accept a
challenging new highways role for a highly prestigious consultants in
their Guilford office.

Role: Senior AutoCAD Highways technician
Location, Guildford, Surrey
Salary: 30-38,000 Experience Dependant

Being based in the Guildford office you will be responsible for
leading a small team and coordinating all CAD output within the
highways team. Although you will be primarily be part of the highways
team, some support may be necessary within bridges and geotechnics.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Production of accurate drawings using AutoCAD 2004
- Manage your own time and others within the CAD team
- Monitor financial status and progress of schemes to ensure projects
are delivered on time and to budget
- Ensure all work is undertaken in accordance with company and
customer requirements and procedures
- Provide support to other teams as appropriate (e.g. highways,
bridges, geotechnics)
- Training less experienced technicians and graduates in the
development of their draughting skills
