On behalf of our Vancouver client, we are currently seeking an intermediate/senior level PeopleSoft Business Analyst for a 12 month contract role.
The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Business Analyst
Strong experience in fit/gap analysis
Detailed knowledge of PeopleSoft HR/Payroll/Benefits and Recruitment functionality (HRIS systems)
Experience with People Tools
Experience defining business requirements and translating into detail design specifications
Experience in providing project estimates
Excellent facilitation, organizational and communication skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong team player
Ability to work with clients at various levels in the organization
