Donna Cona is currently seeking a Helpdesk Analyst for a government
client, downtown Vancouver.
This position is within a call center environment and under the
guidance of a Helpdesk Team Leader.
Required Skills:
At least 2 years of experience as a Helpdesk Associate or Call Centre
Agent
A diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution and a MCSA or
MCSE
Customer service related experience and strong communication
Good writing skills - ability to speak, read and write in English
Security Clearance:
All candidates must hold or be eligible for a valid Government of
Canada security clearance to at least the Enhanced level.
Roles and Responsibilities are:
Knowledge of various industry standard software’s, such as: Microsoft,
Corel, Novell GroupWise, Windows XP and specific organizational
customized applications.
Troubleshooting expertise in resolving desktop application problems to
our clients along with confidence and trust in our services and
delivery.
Conducting hardware and software installations.
Responding to and troubleshoot inbound calls in a timely and accurate
manner.
Creating trouble tickets and route escalated tickets to remote teams
using an ITIL certified Helpdesk Application System.
