* Provide technical support and co-ordination in the configuration and
setup of BCRT and PROD within the Business Objects (BO) environments;
* Create a document detailing the end state of the Business Objects
architecture after upgrade;
* Maintain the detailed build documentation that will be required by
client staff to configure and setup the Business Objects servers in
Business Continuity and Regression Testing (BCRT) and Production;
* With input from client BO support team, create the operational
documentation required to provide day to day technical support as well
as any new procedural changes for client production support staff in
order to ensure timely delivery of Business Object reports;
* Work with client staff to shakedown and address any issues that
arise in the BCRT and PROD environments prior to going live;
* Work with client staff to document, analyze and resolve any issues
that arise in the migration to the new version of the Business Objects
software.
