Responsibilities include:



a.. Supervising shift packaging department (will train on day shift and
then be assigned to an off shift).
b.. Planning/scheduling/supervising shift Packaging Department personnel
and production schedules within established standards for cost, quality,
labor, materials, scrap, safety & housekeeping.


Qualified candidates will be self-motivated with strong organizational and
leadership abilities, coupled with similar oral and written communication
skills.



In addition, qualified candidates will have 1-3 years of applicable
experience in a processing/mining/manufacturing environment, coupled with an
appropriate undergraduate degree (or equivalent combination of experience
and education).



Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

components include:



Base: $44K to $59K DOE, but targeted around
$50K

Overtime: $8K to $10K depending on hours worked

Performance Bonus: $3K to $4K
