COMPANY is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in one of our US offices.
Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for sales prospecting with
prospective clients, executing inbound and outbound phone based market
research; as well as pre and post-marketing campaign follow up.
Essential Job Functions:
a.. Will qualify and follow up with sales leads.
b.. Determine top tier prospects as approved by sales.
a.. Marketing campaign phone and email follow up.
b.. Sales phone and email follow up with prospects.
c.. Research sales prospects.
d.. Input and maintain marketing campaigns as well as sales prospecting
into Salesforce.com.
e.. Mail marketing and sales literature to prospective clients and
partners as well as direct them to our website.
f.. Keep up to date knowledge of industry and trends as well as the
competitive posture of the company.
Skills and Qualifications:
a.. Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
b.. Experience with building phone based relationships with prospects.
c.. Strong background in engaging prospects via phone.
d.. Ability to handle objections successfully.
e.. Knowledge of energy industry.
a.. Comfortable with communicating to a broad audience from technical end
users to CXO level constituents.
b.. Sales automation tool experience (salesforce.com is preferable) a
major plus.
c.. Superb written and verbal communication skills
d.. MS Office knowledge a must.
e.. Spanish speaking skills would be a plus.
