Auto company located in the New Britain area is looking for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative you will act as a service contact for corporate clients throughout the United States and make financial decisions regarding leased automobiles. You will also make critical decisions regarding potential repairs on leased automobiles. In addition, you will support the internal sales team and deal with day to day administrative tasks. Qualified candidates MUST have 2+ years of customer service experience, the knowledge base of how to fix and repair automobiles and a stable job history. Base salary up to 35K with 100% paid insurance.
