I was wondering if anyone know's what legal form needs to be filed to
start a 'C' Corporation?
And is there a know place on-line to get a copy of it?

This is state-specific. Coporations are domiciled in a particular
state. Generally, however, forms are not enough; you may have to file
a copy of your Articles of Association and/or corporate bylaws.

Note also that establishing a corporation does not automatically grant
you a tax identification number. You have to apply for one... well,
it's actually two, one from the IRS, the other from your state tax
agency.

Probably. Many states have them online. Look for the Web site of the
Secretary of State for the state in which you plan to incorporate.
