We are seeking an experienced Recruitng Manager with the following

The Recruiting Customer Relationship Manager duties include:
Monitors and supervises day to day activities regarding job postings,
schedules and reporting
Creates recruiting plan for client position openings
Monitors and reports on short and long term metrics, including but not
limited to: funnel activity, cycle time, cost per hire, diversity and
source mix
Assists with ongoing motivation, coaching and development of team members
and ensures robustness of client/candidate interaction, employee growth
and satisfaction
Position also includes planning and facilitating weekly team meetings
May act as liaison between the senior client management and HRfirst team
Trains and assists in the management of Recruiters, HLS and Flex staff, as
needed
Assists the Program Manager in developing results-oriented expectations
for the team
Requirements:
Requires Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources,
communication or other related disciplines
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years in Staffing or Human Resources
experience with an emphasis on recruitment and selection
One year of supervisory or management experience is preferred Exceptional
interviewing, organizational, project and time management, customer
service and communication skills
Must have the proven ability to drive process and productivity,
effectively facilitate meetings, innovate and encourage continuous process
improvement
Leadership qualities such as planning, coaching, training, motivating,
recognition, delegation and decision-making must be exhibited and embraced

Must be proficient with computer technology, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook, Lotus Notes, Internet and other related software
Staffing agency branch managers and those that have managed the
recruiting/staffing process are encouraged to apply

County.
