Desktop Support Specialist/ Spécialiste de soutien de Desktop

Length of Assignment: Contract, 6+ months

Job Description:
• 1st & 2nd level Deskside and HelpDesk support
• Determine, resolve and/or problem escalation
• Assist internal end users with software and hardware requests

Mandatory Qualifications:
• 2 years experience in a Deskside or HelpDesk Support in a Windows based environment
• Experience providing technical support via phone, in person and remote
• Experience troubleshooting with both hardware and software
• Experience working with trouble ticketing systems
• Must be a strong team player and possess good interpersonal skills
• Must be bilingual, written and spoken (French/English)
• Must possess a valid Secret Clearance

Desirable Qualifications:
• CompTIA A+ or any Microsoft certifications

Education Requirements:
• Information Technology diploma or a combination of education and IT experience.

• Cote Secrète est obligatoire

Compétences souhaitables :
• Certifier en CompTIA +A ou Microsoft

Doit avoir un diplôme de collège ou une combinaison d'éducation et de l’expérience de travail
