~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Develop and grow an environmental practice in St. Louis region
utilizing the HNTB sophisticated sales approach. Must assist in
planning, developing and implementing the Office's Business Plan
relating to environmental design and planning services, including
the leadership of an aggressive client-focused marketing program
for the markets that the St. Louis office serves. Manage
municipal projects for planning and design fo water/wastewater
and stormwater projects. Mentor the water resource staff
including professional development, career planning and
development, and problem solving. Develop and grow the
environmental group by attracting, hiring, retaining, and
effectively leading experienced and entry-level staff. Build a
strong and effective team based upon the principles of leadership
and empowerment. Work with minimal supervision, make decisions
on routine matters, and coordinate wtih team members and
supervisors in matters beyond their experience.

B.S. Degree in Civil Engineerin.
Registered professional engineer in Missouri.
Minimum of 10 years experience in progressively responsible
positions.
Planning, design, and project management experience with a
reputation for excellence.
Successful experience in or ability to market professional
services to municipal and environmental clients.
Established relationship with MSD is a must.
Excellent writing and presentation skills.
Demonstrated experience at managing major projects that include
hydrology, hydraulic modeling, drainage design and analysis,
water quality analysis, stream stabilization, watershed
restoration, portable water and sewer system studies and designs,
pumping facilities water storage and treatment facilities, flood
protection, and watershed planning.
Active in relevant civi/professional organizations (AWWA,
