Examples of documents for getting fellowship

Dear colleages,

I am preparing some documentation for a project, and I need a pair of
letters supporting my participation in the project, and a pair of
letters of acceptance to a research institution.

It would be extremely helpful if you can provide me examples
of those.

Something like: "The candidate has the neccessary background in solid
state physics blah blah blah ... For all the above I recommend the
concession of the fellowship to the candidate... yours sincerelly".

And the letter of acceptance something like "we are pleased to host
the candidate ... we will provide office space blah blah..."

I need to prepare a few of them for a project, and if you can provide
me with them I will be eternally grateful.
