RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engineer will design and develop manufacturing processes and cost
improvements in the following areas:

-Substrate assemblies, wire bonding, die attach, PWB assemblies and higher
level RF assemblies, epoxies, solders, sputtering, metallization, machining,
material analysis, chemical analysis and failure analysis.

-Develop manufacturing documentation, tooling and fixtures for high
reliability
space and military products.

-Provide technical support to customers and suppliers.

REQUIREMENTS:

Security Clearance-SECRET ( or be subject to a government security
investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to
classified information)

Citizenship- US CITIZEN

Education- BSEE or BSME or BSIE (Industrial Engineer)

Experience:

-5-7 Years experience in manufacturing processes and cost improvements in
the following areas:

-Substrate assemblies, wire bonding, die attach, PWB assemblies and higher
level RF assemblies, epoxies, solders, sputtering, metallization, machining,
material analysis, chemical analysis and failure analysis.

-Develop manufacturing documentation, tooling and fixtures for high
reliability
space and military products.

-Familiar with MIL-SPECS, device screening and environmental/Quality
testing.

-Transition products from Engineering to Production.
