Flex Recruiter Positions - Start Dates of 8/15, 8/22, 8/29

Due to the addition of a new client, we have an IMMEDIATE NEED for FOUR
experienced recruiters to join our new Wyeth Pharmaceutical Recruiting
Team at Kelly HRfirst as Flex (Contract) Recruiters. These positions start
on 8/15/05, 8/22/05, and 8/29/05!

Specific responsibilities for our Flex Recruiter positions include, but is
not limited to the following:

You will source, screen and interview candidates for consideration for
Pharmaceutical Sales Representative positions located across the country.


You will receive and enter all position requisitions for internal and
external job postings into MultiHirePro

You will use your sourcing expertise to identify top tier candidates for
open positions through various channels such as: data mining, job boards,
networking, Boolean searches, and advanced eCruiting methods

You will assist with conducting initial telephone screens of candidates

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in business, management, human resources, communication or
other related discipline is preferred

One to Three years of experience in staffing or human resources with an
emphasis on recruitment.
AIRS certifications and experience with web based applicant tracking
systems such as MultiHirePro is a plus.

YOU MUST have experience with the sourcing of resumes and candidates on
the Internet, preferably outside of the Milwaukee Area, using Monster.com,
CareerBuilder.com, and other job boards and websites.

These positions are located with convenient freeway access in NW Milwaukee
County.
