Immediate opening for an experienced Engineering Manager in Lakeland, Florida with at least 15 years of experience in the Water Resource arena. You will oversee the corporate wide business operations of 25-30 Engineers and Scientists working in the areas of watershed management planning, hydrologic and water quality modeling, TMDL's, ecological restoration, and GIS.
Requirements:
At least 15 years of experience in the Water Resource management field.
Requires an advanced Degree in a Water related field or a business related degree with substantial Water related experience.
Must have proven management experience preferably in the consulting industry and a strong desire to lead a successful and progressive team of professionals.
Requires very good verbal and written communication skills.
Must be comfortable participating in business development activites.
Lakeland, Florida is centrally located between Tampa and Orlando.
