HR Chg Mgmt Consultants
Come join an international leader in consulting! Our client is
looking for strong Change Mgmt Consultants to join their team. In
this role, you will be working with clients to integrated suite of
proven strategies, methods, tools and deeply skilled resources that
help businesses and governments achieve high performance by
transforming the performance of their people.
Specifically, this will be focusing on Change Strategy, Organization
Change Enablement and Change Capacity Development. You must show
significant Chg Mgmt full projects in your background.
Salary ranges up to $90-115k - based on level of experience plus
bonus. (Higher level salary must have consulting exp). Travel M-TH,
working from home on Friday. GREAT benefits and incredibly strong

Requirements -
- 3+ years of experience related to successful delivery of change
management work in the disciplines of change management methodology,
job/role/organization design, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship
alignment, marketing or communication, training/performance support,
organizational readiness, or transition to outsourcing
- 3+ years of consulting experience or other relevant experience
specifically related to Change Management which includes: Change
Strategy, Organization Change Enablement (not specific to implementing
ERP), or Change Capability Development
- 4 Year College Degree
- US Citizen or Green Card
Must currently live in these cities or be willing to relocate there:
Metro (w/in 2 hours of) - - Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Florham
Park, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia,
Reston, San Francisco, Seattle
