There is no "right path". The rightness of the path is only visible in
retrospect. What works for Company A is not necessarily going to work
for Company B.
This said, your company seems to be headed for disaster. You need a
sales team as energetic as your manufacturing team. You also need to
think about whether your assessment of market potential is inflated; if
so, you may have to scale down your production...
