~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Grow the highway design group by utilizing HNTB's sophisticated
sales approach. Must assist in planning, directing and
implementing the Office's Business Plan relating to highway
design, including the leadership of an aggressive client-focused
marketing program for the highway/roadway markets that the St.
Louis office serves.
Manage large-scale projects and provide leadership to staff
assigned to these projects.
Assist in mentoring the highway design staff including
professional development, career planning and development, and
problem solving.
Grow the highway design group by attracting, hiring, retaining,
and effectively leading both entry level and experienced staff.
Build a strong and effective team based upon the principles of
leadership and empowerment.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
B.S Degree in Civil Engineering, M.S. Degree preferred,
Registered professional engineer in Missouri, A minimum of 15
years of experience in progressively responsible positions,Design
and project management experience with a reputation for
excellence,Successful experience in or ability to market
professional services to transportation clients, Established
relationships in the St. Louis service area municipal marketplace
is a plus, Must have excellent writing and presentation skills,
Demonstrasted experience at managing major projects and Active in
relevant civil/professional organizations (ASCE, ITE, etc.)<p>At
