JOB TITLE: Home Infusion Pharmacist
LOCATION: Huntsville, US-AL
JOB TYPE: Direct
SALARY : $80000 - $100000

DESCRIPTION:
Job Title: Home Infusion Pharmacist or Pharmacy Manager

Main Duties: Consistently observes and reviews work performed
by the pharmacy staff to ensure adherence to established
standards and delivery of quality patient care and customer
service. Pharmacists provide clinical nutrition services (TPN
and TEN) and clinical monitoring for all IV therapies, in
addition to being an integral member of an interdisciplinary
team.

Hours: Monday Friday 8AM-5PM and call rotation
Skill's Required: Home Infusion experience.
