Required:

B.S. degree in computer science, management information systems, or
equivalent
work experience

Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT development experience

Required experience with the following technologies

*Net Framework

Smart Client Architecture

C#

Sharepoint.

XML

Oracle

SQL

PL/SQL

Facility with the Unified Modeling Language (UML)

Experience in the design and development of .NET projects

GUI and object-oriented development experience

Experience with JDBC or ODBC

Experience using ClearCase

Experience using iterative development methodologies

Strong customer and business focus

Strong documentation and communications skills

Strong understanding of relational databases, including SQL

Demonstrated ability to produce high quality work products with
attention to
detail

Experience working in a formal software system delivery methodology

Experience working with business and technical staffs to define,
document, and
develop software

Understanding of performance tuning techniques, both at the application
layer
and the database layer

Experience developing logical data models

Experience designing complex technical applications

Experience designing "n-tiered", web-based applications


Preferred:

Experience with infragistics ( GUI development tool) .

Java 3- 5 years experience

Microsoft skilled

Experience with the Rational Unified Process (RUP)

Familiarity with the concept of Design Patterns

Experience using the Rational Suite of Tools, specifically ReqPro and
Rose

Familiarity with the Common Information Model (CIM)

Experience using automated testing tools

Experience developing logical data models

ORACLE Developer certification

Java developer certification

J2EE certification
