Job Summary:

Oversee data collection, integrity and reporting needs of the Hyperion
Financial Management (HFM) application and FDM (Upstream application)
for corporate, subsidiaries, consolidations and international
departments. The administrator focuses on delivery of accurate,
consistent, timely and easily accessible consolidated financial data to
the business. The Administrator is responsible for ensuring that changes
in the organization, and reporting requirements are reflected correctly
in the HFM application, in addition to its’ supporting report systems on
an ongoing basis. The HFM application will be a constantly evolving
application, and as such will require controls that maintain the
integrity of the system and are flexible enough to change based on the
needs of the business. The administrator is responsible for maintaining
that integrity and identifying potential improvements that can be made
to better meet the business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Administer the HFM application to ensure accurate hierarchical and
account structure for reporting and internal analysis needs. This will
include changes and modification to the existing structure in HFM to
facilitate the business needs and requirements such as application
logic, workspaces, member list, web forms, and data grids maintenance.

Administer the FDM (Upstream) application including maintenance and
support of content and users. This will include maintaining a data load
process for various types of data and use by data providers to the FDM
application, script, security, and data mapping maintenance.

Maintain HFM users and security access for the application. In
addition to, applying any SOX compliance requirements to the application
and maintaining SOX integrity with in the security structure of HFM.

Provide data and assist in development of ad-hoc reports to meet
various financial reporting and internal analysis requirements

Establish and maintain open communication with the IT group to ensure
proper access for the HFM users through the network, ensure minimal down
time, and address issues that arise as they relate to HFM

Assist management in defining, creating, and distributing uniform
financial information using the existing system capabilities via
delivery methods which including retrieve, web-based reporting and hard
copy reports.

Provide direction, service and assistance to the user community to
meet their financial and business data needs

Develop and maintain process and procedural



Skills/Experience Education/Certification
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or Business required. CPA preferred.

Between 7 - 10+ years of Finance or Accounting experience.

Knowledge and experience with Hyperion Applications; Hyperion Essbase,
Planning and HFM
