High Tech Staffing a technical search firm is currently looking for
experienced developer to design and develop interactive courseware,
multimedia technology-driven applications and other support materials
for Online courses. In addition, the Technologist is responsible for
maintaining currency and proficiency in advanced distance learning
instructional technologies and for overseeing interactive courseware
development. The Instructional Technologist works closely with the
Academic Operations Manager and online faculty to assess their
technological needs and to design courseware that meets specific course
objectives.
Requirements: The successful candidate will hold a minimum of a
bachelor's degree in Instructional Design/Technology and possess
excellent management, communications and organizational skills. In
addition, the candidate will possess a working knowledge of
instructional authoring tools (Flash and Dreamweaver) and have
experience with online distance education. Classroom or online teaching
experience is preferred.
