Application development and maintainence using Visual Basic. Must have the personal discipline to be able to work independently, along with the ability to be part of a small team and assess user needs.

REQUIREMENTS
A successful candidate must have a solid 2-4 years of post-academic Visual Basic development experience...knowledge of SQL Server is important as well. Some experience in mainframe (e.g., COBOL) programming would be a great help. It is also critical candidates be as strong in the \"soft skills\" (i.e., communications, organization, goal-orientation) as they are technically.
