Chicago ISP Looking For Tech Support

Chicagoland ISP looking for able tech geeks for first level Internet
support positions.

The daily grind involves phone and email support for:

* Dialup, DSL and T1 connectivity.
* Web browser and email client Troubleshooting.
* Account administration (Unix & Windows password resets)
* Aiding managed and un-managed colocation customers.

You don't have to be an Internet deity right out of the box, but if you
have a decent grasp of the basics and are willing and able to learn the
rest, we want to talk to you. Flexible hours a necessity.
