Our client in Calgary Alberta is actively seeking to a fill a Contract
position for 6 months with the possibility of becoming Permanent as
an ITIL Technical Team Lead.

Job Details:
To handle the day to day activities of the various departments within
the ITIL environment including Help Desk, Desktop support, order desk
and administration.

Skills Required:
- 10 + years of working in IT
- ITIL experience including a certificate
- 3 + years of team management
- A proven ability to get the job done rather than theorize
