We're looking for an expert in Solutions Based Selling to grow and
mentor our Inside Sales team!

The Role: Inside Sales Director - McLean, VA

Our client is THE name brand within the IVR industry with an
exceptional product offering. As a result of incredible demand, they
have a unique opportunity for an Inside Sales Director to have heavy
accountability experience over a team of Inside Sales Reps selling
directly to the decision-makers of small- and medium-sized businesses
in a highly competitive environment with short sales cycles.

To be selected as our Inside Sales Director, you must have:

· 10 years of complex SMB/inside sales experience as an AE, then
as an Inside Sales/SMB Sales Manager

· Generated and closed opportunities from “lead-to-close”

· Worked in a fast-paced, start-up/small company environment

· Understanding of technology, software or Internet industry,
IVR & Call Center industry

· Worked well cross-functionally with other teams (Marketing,
Operations, Engineering, Finance, etc.)

· Experience with Salesforce.com and Excel

· BEng, BA or BS Degree (MBA will give you an advantage over
other candidates)
