Our client in Newmarket is growing once again. This time they are in need of an administrative assistant to assist the Controller on various functions.
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Newmarket
Salary: 15.00/hr
Hours: 7.30 am -4.30 pm
The qualifications include:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office components
Ability to setup filing systems
Good typing skills
Good organizational skills
Some Human Resources experience, such as: enter payroll data, maintain employee files
Tasks to be done by this person:
Create company manuals
Develop product pages/catalogues on company products
Keep WHMIS, and other documentation up to date
Keep maintenance files current on company trucks and equipment
Run weekly inventory reports and send to purchaser
Run monthly reports for sales team
Keep minutes at various committee meetings
Research special projects
