General Description:
Our client seeks a highly-motivated, "start-up" personality to join their
experienced and talented software engineering team. This is a unique
opportunity to use your programming experience to design and implement GUI
applications focused on next generation video systems related technology.
Responsibilities:
This is a senior position and the qualified applicant is expected to be able
to lead by example and must maintain the highest quality standards for the
application. The qualified applicant might be called upon for a wide range
of duties and should be prepared to assume any coding task required to
complete the project.
1.. Assist in completing the architecture, design and implementation of
DirectX applications using Ogre and CEGUI.
2.. Assist in the design of application usability and workflow.
3.. Help to establish the state of the art in visual experience for the
industry.
Qualifications/Skills:
a.. B.S. C.S., Math, Physics, or Engineering preferred or equivalent work
experience.
b.. 7-10 years experience with C++ and Windows programming required.
c.. Visual Studio 6.0 experience required.
d.. MFC experience a plus.
e.. Must be self-starter and able to work productively with minimum
supervision.
f.. Must be an excellent problem solver with great troubleshooting skills.
g.. Must have strong communication skills and be able to work closely with
team members.
