Hi,

We are seeking consultants for our client in California .

Position: Network Engineer
Location: San Francisco
Duration: 1-year contract.



Project Lead:
Ø Extensive experience in leading backup and recovery projects based
on SAN/NAS technologies in large enterprise.

Backup Systems

Ø Experience in designing, installing, troubleshooting and upgrading
of backup systems. Experience in use of Systems to restore failed File
and Print, Exchange, Application and Domain Controller servers in
disaster recovery or catastrophic hardware failure situations.
Ø Strong knowledge of data migration techniques, service packs,
patches, and support services.
Ø Experience on Commvault/Galaxy system will be a definite plus.

Disaster Recovery:
Ø In depth knowledge of commonly accepted backup strategies and
techniques.
Ø Experience in designing, planning, testing and implementing disaster
recovery solutions in multi site Microsoft domain networks.

Windows Servers:
Ø Experience in managing Microsoft based servers in large enterprise
networked environment.
Ø Knowledge of Microsoft domain-based network concepts and practices,
Windows 2000/2003 server, Windows 2000 Professional and Microsoft
Exchange servers.

UNIX Servers:
Ø Experience on HP UNIX servers and EMC disk arrays will be definite
plus.

Hardware: Knowledge of Dell series servers. Dell Power vault disk
arrays, network switches and routers.
