Required Skills:

5 Years Experience w/ writing JSP code, struts, java class files
3 Years Experience w/ Oracle PL/SQL functions, packages, objects, triggers
3 Years Experience w/ supporting forms, reports, and system navigation
3 Years Experience w/ JSP for presentation
3 Years Experience w/ Oracle Objects for data transfer and manipulation
3 Years Experience w/ integrating data and functionality between systems built on Java and .NET
3 Years Experience w/ Web services and batch job processing
3 Years Experience of assisting in gathering and validating user requirements
3 Years Experience w/ JAD sessions and prototyping
3 Years Experience w/ development activities to use .NET and SQL Server
Oracle Objects for data transfer and manipulation

Desired Skills:
2 Years Experience w/ javascripting, AJAX

Other Job responsibilities:
Work as developer on a java based application using Oracle Objects on the backend for a project dealing for VDOT's Environmental Division.
Experience with data-capture based applications
Analyze and design enhancements, development programs, and/or required fixes to production problems.
Work with users to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
Execution of all responsibilities with little direct supervision of Team Lead.
Strong communication skills; both written and spoken.
