Java/ SpringSource/ Contract/ Milwaukee area

This is a six month contract that could go one year. We need what
we need. Below are the requirements, SpringSource development
experience is required as well as the other requirements listed.

Reasonable expenses are paid. The bulk of the work will be done
in the Milwaukee area but there could be some paid travel. We
are looking for multiple hires. All applicants will be tested on the
required skills.

Working conditions are said to be excellent and after one has his job
down they may be able to work 4x10 some weeks. Work is done on-site.

5+ Years Java development experience
5+ Years Web development experience
4+ years recent SpringSource development
Core Spring (MVC, AOP, IOP), Java Patterns
Persistence / Hibernate / templates
Web Services (Rest and SOAP)
SOA architectures in general
Optional (Spring Security)
Experience with TDD and agile development methods. Strong testing
skills and experience
Good communications skills. May mentor client employees
