Hello everyone. I have a little problem here. Recently I got a job
offer from a company. During the interview process, I put down that I
had a college degree on both my resume and on the application. I did go
to college but for only 3 years. I had to drop-out due to family
problems. Well one week later, they officially offer me the position.
During the interview stage, they had me sign a paper stating that they
will do a background check which included a education verification. I
am quite capable of doing the job hence the reason why they are
offering me the position. My concern is once I accept the position and
they find out that I don't have a college degree, what would they do?
should I email the HR person and tell them that I made a mistake about
my college degree and that I haven't finished school yet? or wait til
they find out and confront me with it? Either way, I am jacked. Let me
