Job Title: Project Leader - Manufacturing Distribution Software

Location: Nogales, Mexico (Near Nogales, AZ, south of Tucson, AZ)

Description:
- Works closely with key customers to manage the successful implementation of package software solutions and related hardware that support business processes.
- Drives the changes required in the business processes to realize the benefits of implementing these integrated software solutions.
- Works with Technical Services and Software Development to provide total solutions to our customers.
- Provides direction to a project team including assignment of individual responsibilities, tasks and technical functions and to ensure cross-functional needs are met.
- Coordinates and actively participates in all stages of project development, including research, design, programming, testing and implementation.
- Confers with lead functional and technical personnel and coordinates changes of significant consequences to the scope or schedule of the project.
- Assesses project deadlines by continually monitoring individual progress.
- Uses knowledge of, and experience with, technical resources to effectively coordinate team members and resources.
- Performs as primary expert for specific functional aspects of business and system processes with a working knowledge in other areas.
- Acts as the key liaison among the implementation team, Information Systems, and third party consultants and systems providers.
- Train users on Systems
- Work with customer groups to assess user training requirements and serve as the primary trainer for key business systems for your customer group.

Requirements:
- Five years of functional experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment or equivalent experience supporting these functions within I/S
- Strong knowledge of the principles of project management and structured software development.
- Three years of project management experience driving an operation towards fundamental changes in their supply chain processes through the implementation of an integrated software solution
- Experience with QAD MFG/PRO ERP application suite and the Progress database and application development environments preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- Highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills
- Spanish Language communication preferred.

Licenses/Certificates:
APICS / PMP certification preferred
