~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
A Business Analyst is needed to perform project management duties
in the implementation of Microsoft Office Project Server 2003.
This resource will: assist in the development of Project Plan
Templates using solid Project Management practices; coach Project
Managers on the use of the MS Project Server 2003 tool; and
perform formal training of Project Management Institute (PMI)
concepts and practices. Start ASAP.<br> <br> Duties include:<br>
• Install and roll out MS Office Project 2003 technology.<br> •
Identify and deploy business process changes required to support
EPM and the MS Office Project installation.<br> • Create a
centralized storage mechanism for project schedules and related
documents.<br> • Perform training programs to expand the
organization's project management knowledge base.<br> • Improve
overall accountability for delivery of projects and timeliness of
project status reports.<br> • Provide online project data which
is available on user desktop using MS Office Project Web Access
2003.<br> • Develop and implement processes to measure the EPM
initiative success.

Required skills:<br> • Knowledge of CMMI and PM related key
process areas.<br> • Ability to use Capability Maturity Model
Integrated (CMMI) assists to develop processes.<br> • Ability to
modify the risk and issue pages in Windows Share Point Services
to reflect template designs.<br> • Improve, deploy, and train on
best practices.<br> • Create advanced program views in Project
Center to match enterprise visibility needs for the Project and
Program Rollup Capabilities.<br> • Ability to develop processes
and procedures.<br> • Knowledge of Project Management concept,
applicable to procedures and reporting requirements.<br> •
Perform workshops on best practices for resource management, use
of enterprise resource pool, best use of individual skill set
requirements, and incorporation of detailed resource-level
metadata into projects.
