WE ARE RECRUITING FOR OUR CLIENT FOR THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
The Lead Technical Architect will play a significant role in defining,
planning and
implementing an appropriate IT enterprise architecture that
facilitates a
sustainable, scalable electronic health record.
· In-depth knowledge and experience with implementing a Service
Oriented Architecture using web services (i.e. XML, SOAP, WS-Security,
XSLT)
· Considerable health care experience in an IT capacity
· An understanding and hands-on experience associated with large scale
integration projects
· A solid background in application and network support
· A proven track record in the development of detailed systems
specifications
and architecture, installation configuration of clustered applications
and database environments
· Knowledge and experience regarding scoping, planning and developing
technical solutions
· Appropriate understanding and experience in the application of HL7
standards for message development
· A demonstrated ability to take on the challenges of developing ways
in which clinical and support systems can be fully integrated at a
provincial scale
· Strong teamwork and leadership skills
· Proficient in appropriate software applications to present
architectural design and concepts (i.e. MS Visio, MS Project and
others)
· Demonstrated capability to translate stakeholder objectives into
technical strategies
· Experience in creating technical architectures, including
familiarity with Infoway’s Electronic Health Record Solution (EHRS)
Blueprint
· Change management experience
· Strong analytical and leadership abilities
