Lotus Notes Developer / Technical Lead

Skills: Lotus Notes, UNIX Scripting

** Must be able to independently develop, test, and implement programs
and systems and to meet the business needs as determined by the Unit
Manager
** Must have skills in multiple systems and languages that are used
and the ability to utilize those skills to develop new systems and
support our current business processes
** Must be able to meet deadlines established for assigned projects
** Must be able to create systems, programs, and other projects that
are completely tested and free of defects
** Must be able to interact effectively with all levels of users and
clients to develop new projects or work on existing problems and
issues
** Must be able to evaluate all potential resolutions to achieve the
best possible solution
** 3+ years experience in systems analysis and application program
development
**2-3yrs development experience in various open systems environments
(eg Windows and UNIX/AIX)
** Experience with scripting languages
** Experience programming business applications and supporting
administration
** Experience with Informix DBMS a plus
** Experience coding in Lotus Notes
** Experience working with business areas building business workflow
and solving business problems.
