Principal/Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

This position requires strong knowledge of operating systems such as
Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows Vista, OSX and Linux. The ideal
candidate will have experience testing Windows system components and
also experience with a variety of web browsers. There may also be an
opportunity to do small development and automation projects.

Below is a brief outline of the position responsibilities and the
skills required for this position.
Performing high level test and automation designs
Sound Judgment of Technical/Business trade-offs
Strong interest in malware attacks and countermeasure
Strong problem solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pragmatic visionary that can drive ideas into workable designs
Strong desire and interest to reverse engineering processes and
applications
High degree of proficiency coding in two or more of: Visual Basic, C+
+, VBScript, ASP.
Strong knowledge of automated test development for web and windows
applications.
Experience developing and executing automated tests for cross-
platform, internationalized, high-availability products.
Working knowledge of production databases such as SQL Server.
Ability to work effectively with developers and quality personnel

Technical Skills & Work Experience Required:
5+ years experience testing commercial enterprise software products
Good architectural skills; knack for determining product weaknesses
and finding bugs
Basic level understanding of windows internals.
Working knowledge of security and cryptography is a plus
Experience encryption technologies desirable
Educational Requirements: Masters or Bachelor Degree in Computer
Science or equivalent
