Software Engineering Manager

Will be leading a team of 5-6 software Engineers. Manager must have
strong leadership skills as well as relevant technical skills in areas
of VC++ and knowledge of video acquisition, cameras, and hardware
sub-systems of real-time imaging.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Strong project management experience required.
2. Experience with PC-based software development processes and
architecture.
3. Knowledge of video acquisition, cameras, and hardware sub-systems of
real-time imaging.
4. Experience in managing VIP customers.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills required.
6. Ability to research, recommend, and productize next generation video
imaging technology.
7. Experienced in C/C++ software development practices and tools.
8. Experience working in cross-functional teams
9. Technically capable of reviewing and questioning technical details
and plans.
10. A positive, 'glass half-full' personality who always wants to look
for ways to make things better
11. Energy and enthusiasm
12. Strong, engaging leader, not afraid to challenge and inspire, who
is equally strong and skilled as a team member.

Minimum education and work experience required:
1. BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering.
2. 5+ years' experience in software development
3. Two to five years of management experience in software product
development.

Duration: Permanent

Rate: 100K plus bonus & stock options
Location: Westboro, MA
