Posting ID: ES/029681 Description: The preferred candidate shall have relevant experience in low radar cross section (RCS) design/hardware development and RCS range experience. Candidate must have some knowledge of computational electromagnetic modeling tools to predict LO performance characteristics. Experience in the installation and integration of antennas and antenna structures on LO platforms using various LO/RCS treatments represents a particularly desirable background for this position. Knowledge of RCS range testing and the ability to interpret RCS test data anomalies and implement design solutions will be particularly valuable. The candidate will be expected to support or provide technical leadership for a team of advanced low observable technologists supporting RF aperture technology development. The candidate will be required to train highly motivated, very capable, but less experienced design engineers. Responsible for oral and written presentations to internal and external customers.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in a relevant engineering or physics degree required. Minimum of three years of work experience after the Bachelors degree. Having good communication skills is a must. Holding an active TS/SCI security clearance is a plus; the ability to obtain such clearances shall be required.
